Data Collection & Usage

• We do not transfer or share data obtained from Facebook to any data broker, information reseller, or any other service that monetizes data

Data Security

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encrypted connections
• Access tokens are securely encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
• We implement role-based access controls to limit data access
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments are conducted
• We maintain incident response procedures for data breaches

Data Retention & Deletion

• Users can disconnect their Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp accounts at any time
• Upon disconnection, associated access tokens are immediately revoked and deleted
• Users can request complete deletion of their data by contacting us
• We honor all data deletion requests within 30 days
• We delete all data obtained from Facebook APIs when a user deletes their NiaApp account

Automated Actions

• NiaApp uses AI to automatically respond to incoming messages on connected channels
• Users explicitly enable automation per channel and can disable it at any time
• Users can manually override AI responses and take control of any conversation
• All automated messaging complies with Meta's messaging policies and rate limits
• WhatsApp template messages are only sent using Meta-approved templates
• Ad campaigns are only published with explicit user confirmation

User Consent & Control

• Users must explicitly authorize NiaApp via Facebook Login before any data is accessed
• Users choose which Pages and accounts to connect
• Users can view, manage, and revoke connected accounts at any time within their NiaApp settings
• We provide clear descriptions of what each permission is used for during the authorization flow
